Exp : 10-20 years
- A Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Math, Statistics or equivalent.
- 10+ years of benefits experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing US employee retirement benefits and health and welfare related programs, with an understanding of actuarial concepts.
- Proven experience in managing/delivering successful benefits programs.
